A name, location, or other term entered in a search tool is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Lincoln County Released Inmates does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider receiving a query may process it under that provider’s policy.

If you send an email or contact-form message, we keep the information needed to read and answer it. Messages are not shared outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law. Do not send sensitive identification, medical, financial, or case information that is not needed for the question.

These requests concern data held by this private site. Corrections to Lincoln County or Idaho agency records must be directed to the agency that maintains them. Idaho Code §74-113 provides a separate written correction process for an agency record about the requester.
